Motivating your affiliates!
That’s one of the most important subjects in Affiliate Marketing! If your affiliates aren’t motivated you’re doomed to be stuck on the first level.
The financial rollercoaster we’re riding makes it hard just to hold on. It’s like chutes and ladders, with no ladders! It’s difficult to be motivated when you’re not sure about the marketplace.
That’s when you’ve got to work harder to motivate! You’ve got to maintain consistent communication with your partners. It’s critical that you keep them updated on any changes, positive or negative, in the marketing environment. Constantly encourage them to be actively involved in everything that’s going on. When times get tough you need to rely on the basics. Give them training on what to do and how to do it. This will help give the needed confidence for them to take action. They also need to be confident with what they are marketing, so provide only, sure sale items. When they are promoting only the finest and most innovative products and services you can guarantee their success.
Money’s tight right now. You think that people are going to take a chance?
What chances!? When you have access to up-to-the-minute, cutting edge products and services that ensure you can generate extra cash when you need it the most you’re dealing with a loaded deck! Everyone’s a winner!
What is the most inspiring moment in training
It is very important to help them get those first sales. Making sales, equates to making money and making money is very motivational!
Money always motivates me!
Make sure to give them incentives to make those first sales and acknowledge them when they do! Without a doubt, make sure you recognize each achievement they accomplish. Spread the praise around liberally after they make a certain amount of sales in a particular promotion.
Everyone likes to be appreciated! It makes you work harder because you’re happier at what your doing.
That’s right! If you want someone to promote for you (and continue to promote for you) it is vitally important to give them the recognition they deserve.
I know some affiliate managers who send cards or even brownies.
Mmmm, treats!
What about the contests? They’re a lot of fun!
